We make every effort to make sure you’re happy with our cufflinks. However, if for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the items in their original condition, unopened, within 14 days. We can then exchange the item(s) or refund you the purchase price.

Returning unopened packaged items by mail

  1. First email us at customerservice@wimbledoncufflinks.com
  2. In your email name the item(s) that you are returning.
  3. State the reason for the return.
  4. Please indicate if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. If the latter, also please give the account details into which you would like the refund to be paid.
  5. If want to exchange your order, please give the preferred delivery address for your exchange.
  6. Please make sure you package the return securely (in its original box) and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure safe delivery and to protect yourself against loss.

Returning damaged items

We always aim to deliver items to the very highest standard. Our goods are subject to rigorous quality controls before they leave our factory. However, if you receive any of our products in a damaged condition we will be happy to exchange or refund them within 14 days of you receiving them. We will also refund your shipping costs.

Please note that we do not refund or exchange any items damaged by your own negligence. You should inspect your purchase immediately on receipt of it as you cannot make a claim after 7 days.

To return a damaged item by mail please do the following:

    within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
  2. In your email name the item(s) and describe the damage.
  3. Include a picture of the damage.
  4. Please indicate if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. If the latter, also please give the account details into which you would like the refund to be paid.
  5. If want to exchange your order, please give the preferred delivery address for your exchange.

Change of customer shipping address after placing order

When you are placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. This is the address your order will be sent to. We are unable to redirect the order once it has been shipped.
